Order Processing Time
All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday through Friday).
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST or on weekends and U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few day
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours
Damages and Lost Packages
sunbeamthreadz is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.
If your order arrived damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim or reach out to us directly. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim
